    List of Ingredients




    1¾ cups unsifted flour

    1 cup sugar

    ¼ cup Hershey's cocoa

    ½ cup cold margarine or butter

    1 egg, beaten

    14-ounce can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

    2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided

    1 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in margarine until crumbly. Add egg and mix until well blended.

    2. Reserve 1½ cups of crumb mixture, then press the remainder evenly into the bottom of a greased 13- by 9-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.

    3. Combine sweetened condensed milk and one cup chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, until chips melt and mixture becomes smooth. Spread over prepared crust.

    4. Add nuts and remaining chocolate chips to reserved crumb mixture; sprinkle evenly over top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until center is set. Cool. Cut into bars.
