Brownies: Divine Truffle Brownies

1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, divided
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar, divided
3 eggs, divided
3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup whipping cream
Recipe
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Grease foil; set aside. Microwave 2 of the chocolate squares and the butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. 30 sec. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in 1/2 cup of the sugar. Blend in 1 of the eggs. Add flour; mix well. Spread into prepared pan.
MICROWAVE remaining 6 chocolate squares and the cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. 30 sec.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Beat remaining 1/4 cup sugar and remaining 2 eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed 1 min. or until thick and lemon colored. Add cream mixture; mix well. Pour over batter in pan.
BAKE 35 min. or until topping is set. Cool in pan. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen brownies. Remove dessert from pan, using foil handles. Cut into 16 squares to serve. Store leftover brownies in refrigerator.
