Recipe Introduction
"Once you have a great brownie recipe, don't be afraid to change up the measurements to produce softer, richer and chewier treats. This recipe ups the eggs from 2 to 4 and decreases the flour. This is the last brownie recipe you'll ever need."
List of Ingredients
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
pinch of salt
handful of chocolate chips
Recipe
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a springform tube pan.
Melt the chips and butter in heavy saucepan
over low heat.
Meanwhile beat the eggs and then gradually
add the sugar, continuing to beat until thick
and fluffy.
Remove chocolate and butter from heat.
Stir well.
Gradually pour into egg batter while beating.
Add vanilla.
Combine flour and salt.
With spoon or spatula, add flour to batter in
several stages.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with a handful of choc. chips.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Serve with ice cream, if desired.
NOTE: - tube pan is not a necessity
