    Bars: Chocolate-Mincemeat Cheesecake Bars

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 12oz. package semisweet chocolate chips
    • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
    • 1 cup chopped nuts
    • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
    • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 9 oz. package condensed mincemeat, crumbled


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half the mixture in firmly into the bottom of a greased 15"x10" jelly roll pan (layer will be thin.)

    2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in the sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla.

    3. Add mincemeat. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture.

    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate the leftovers.
