Brownies: Maimie's Mint Brownies

List of Ingredients
- BROWNIE LAYER:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 can Hershey's Syrup
- MINT LAYER:
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 Tblsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
- 3 drops of green food coloring
- TOP LAYER:
- 6 Tblsp. butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Grease bottom of 9"x11" pan using PAM.
- Mix together the ingredients for the "Brownie Layer" and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. COOL COMPLETELY.
- Spread "Mint Layer" over cooled brownie layer. Refridgerate for 1 hour or until cool.
- Melt stove top the 6 Tblsp. butter and the semi-sweet choc. chips. Let cool and then spread on top of cooled mint layer and refridgerate.
- Cut into squares and then cut squares diagonally.
