Bars: Pumpkin White Chip Macadamia Nut Bars*

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup Solid Pack Pumkin (I freeze the rest for the next batch)
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups (12-ounce package) white chocolate morsels, divided
- 2/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions
- Combine flour, cinnamon, cloves and baking soda in a small bowl.
- Beat butter and sugars in a large mixer bowl until creamy.
- Beat in pumpkin, egg and vanilla until well blended.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the white chocolate morsels and the nuts.
- Spread into a greased 15 1/2"x10 1/2" jelly-roll pan. (Batter will be thick-spread with spatula)
- Baked in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 18-22 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool pan on a wire rack.
- Melt remaining morsels in double boiler (you may have to a little bit of vegetable oil.) Drizzle over bars.
- YIELD: About 3 dozen bars
