Recipe Introduction


There is a bit of sunshine in every creamy bite of this Lime flavored dessert.



List of Ingredients




1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 (4 serving size) package lime flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT EVAPORATED MILK)
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tablespoons ReaLime® Lime Juice From Concentrate
4 cups Miniature Marshmallows
1 cup (1/2 pint) Whipping Cream, whipped


Recipe



Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch square pan or 11x7-inch baking dish.

In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water; stir in sweetened condensed milk, pineapple and lime juice. Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows.

Pour into prepared pan. Chill 2 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
