List of Ingredients
18 med ripe peaches peeled and sliced or 4-1/2 pounds of frozen peaches
1/3 cup water
4 cups sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1tsp ground nutmeg
Recipe
In a large kettle cook peaches in water until tender. Press through a sieve or process in a food processor. Measure 8 cups pulp; return to kettle. dd sugar, ginger and nutmeg. Cook and stir over med heat until thickened, about 30 min. Immediately ladle into hot jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace. adjust caps process for 10 minin a boiling water bath (YEILD 4 Pints)
