    Spread: French Garlic Mayonnaise

    1 egg yolk
    splash of French's hot sauce
    1 teaspoon of French's onion mustard
    1/2 teaspoon of diced garlic
    1 cup of olive oil
    splash of lemon juice

    Recipe


    Half an hour before making the mayonnaise, insure that all the ingredients are at room temperature.

    Put an egg yolk into a bowl and add a splash of French's hot sauce, 1 teaspoon of French's onion mustard and 1/2 teaspoon of diced garlic.

    Using your Hamilton Beach hand mixer, mix all these ingredients adding the olive oil drop by drop at the same speed.

    When the mayonnaise begins to thicken, increase the quantity of oil (about 1 cup.)

    Flavor the mayonnaise with lemon juice.

    Great with grill meat or grill fish!
