Butter: Whipped Honey Butter

List of Ingredients

1 cup (12 oz.) whipped or cremed honey softened if necessary

1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter, softened




Recipe

In a medium bowl, mix together honey and butter. Spoon into jars with tight-fitting lids. Store in refrigerator.

YIELD: 2 Cups


Variation---

Stir 1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel into honey-butter mixture.


Note: Honey should not be fed to infants under one year of age. Honey is a safe and wholesome food for children and adults.
