    1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) spice or yellow cake mix
    1 can (21 oz.) Comstock® or Wilderness® More Fruit Apple Fruit or Peach Fruit Filling or Topping
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 350°F. Blend together cake mix, apple or peach filling and eggs in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.

    2. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the batter in greased 13” x 9” pan; sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon sugar.

    3. Bake 30-35 minutes, until wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool. HIGH Altitude: Stir 1/3 cup of flour into dry cake mix and add 1/3 cup water with eggs. Bake at 375°F for 35-37 minutes until toothpick tests clean.

    Makes 12 servings
