    Chocolate: Betty's Chocolate Marshmallow Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 Sticks butter
    1 1/2 cups Sugar
    3 tablespoons Cocoa
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cups Self-rising flour
    1 1/2 cups Chopped pecans
    1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
    6 ounces Miniature marshmallows

    Recipe

    Cream butter, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13" pan.
    Bake at 325~ F for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and place miniature marshmallows on top of hot cake.

    ICING:

    4 TBSP butter
    1 lb confectioners sugar
    4 TBSP cocoa 1 tsp vanilla
    milk for desired consistency
    Cream all ingredients together and spread on warm cake. Cool cake before cutting.
