Chocolate: Tunnel of Fudge Cake

List of Ingredients
1 3/4 cups (3 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
6 eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups chopped walnuts
Glaze:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbs milk
1 ts vanilla extractRecipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Stir flour, cocoa and walnuts together in separate bowl. Fold dry ingredients into batter. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 hour. Cool upright in pan on wire rack 1 hour. Invert onto platter and cool completely. Spread with glaze.
Glaze: Blend all ingredients in small bowl until smooth.
The center of the cake will fudgey.
