Chocolate: Chocolate Zucchini Cake

List of Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 & 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk
2 & 1/2 cups flour
4 tbs cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cups grated zucchini
1/4 cup chocolate chips



Recipe

Cream butter, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla & buttermilk.

Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Mix in zucchini and chocolate chips.

Bake in a greased & floured Bundt pan or a 9 x 13 " pan.

Bake at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
