Coconut: Coconut Dream Cake

List of Ingredients

CAKE:
1 box white cake mix (for 2 layer cake)
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
8 oz. sour cream
1-8 oz. can creme of cacao (found in liquorv or baking section of grocery store )

ICING:
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. Milk
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Recipe

CAKE: Blend all ingredients together with electric mixer following directions on cake mix box. Bake in greased and floured 9 by 12 inch pan for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING: Blend sugar, cream cheese and butter. Add milk and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy. Spread icing on cooled cake. Sprinkle coconut on top.
