List of Ingredients
1 box White cake mix
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup water
3 cups Ricotta Chesse
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
1 (6 oz.) pkg mini chocolate chips
Powdered sugar
Recipe
1. Mix first four ingredients at low speed according to direction on box until mixed.
2. Beat next four ingredients in separate bowl until creamy.
3. Grease a 9 x 13 pan bottom only. Pour cake mixture in first. Gently pour ricotta mixture over cake mixture. Sprinkle chips on top.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of cake when cool.
Keep refrigerated and serve from pan.
