    Fudge Cake

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    3/4 cup cocoa
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup oil
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 cups water

    Recipe

    Pre-heat oven to 350 F.

    Grease and flour one 9" x 13" cake pan OR two 8-inch or 9" circular cake pans.

    Stir together all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

    Add oil, vinegar and vanilla. Stir until incorporated.

    Using a hand or stand mixer, beat in the water 1/4 to 1/2 cup at a time, occasionally scraping sides and bottom of bowl with a rubber spatula to incoporate all dry ingredients.

    Pour batter into prepared pan(s) and bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean.

    Top with powdered surgar. Plain is good too. Rum Frosting on top would be nice!
