    Butter: Gooey Butter Cake

    List of Ingredients


    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 cube butter or margarine, softened
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 lb. powdered sugar

    Recipe

    FIRST LAYER: Mix 1 beaten egg, cake mix and butter together and crumble in bottom of a 9"X12" greased pan. Do not bake.

    SECOND LAYER: Mix 2 beaten eggs and cream cheese together. Slowly add powdered sugar until mixed in. Carefully spread over first layer.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
