    List of Ingredients




    CAKE:

    1 - yellow cake mix
    3 large eggs
    1 can mandarin oranges & juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup oil
    1/4 tsp. orange flavoring

    TOPPING:

    1 - 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
    1 - 13 oz. can crushed pineapple & juice
    1 - 8 oz. pkg. angel flake coconut
    1 - small box instant vanilla pudding

    Recipe



    Beat all cake ingredients together until oranges are tiny bits. Bake in a 9 x 13 cake pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

    Mix topping ingredients and ice the cake.
    YIELD: 12 Servings
