List of Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple & juice
- 1 can coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- FROSTING:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix together cake ingredients with a wooden spoon, by hand.
- Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool.
- Prepare frosting and spead onto cooled cake.
