    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tsp. baking soda
    • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple & juice
    • 1 can coconut
    • 1 cup chopped nuts
    • FROSTING:
    • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup butter, softened
    • 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
    • 2 tsp. vanilla


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl mix together cake ingredients with a wooden spoon, by hand.
    2. Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan.
      Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool.

    3. Prepare frosting and spead onto cooled cake.
