    Spirited: Jack Daniel's Fudge Cake

    List of Ingredients

    FOR CAKE

    2 6-inch Skillets (Pans)

    2 cups All Purpose Flour

    1 1/8 cup Sugar

    1 Tbsp+1/2 tsp Baking Powder

    ¼ cup Cocoa

    Pinch of Salt

    1 Tbsp Melted Butter

    2 Eggs

    ¾ cup Milk

    splash Vanilla

    FOR NUT TOPPING

    ¼ cup Water

    ¾ cup Chopped Pecans

    2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

    ½ cup Brown Sugar (Lightly Packed)

    ¼ cup Jack Daniels


    Recipe

    Spray pans with non-stick cooking spray. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir to make a batter.


    Split mixture into each pan and bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes. Boil the water, nuts, cocoa and brown sugar to make a sauce.

    Add the Jack Daniels, being careful of the flame.

    The sauce should be the consistency of thick syrup. When cakes are removed from oven, turn onto sheet tray and pour nut sauce over tops.

    Makes 2 pans.
