    Chocolate: Moist Chocolate Cake

    List of Ingredients

    2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    1 Tsp. Salt
    1 Tsp. Baking Powder
    2 Tsp. Baking Soda
    3/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
    2 Cups Sugar
    1 Cup Vegetable Oil
    1 Cup Hot (Prepared) Coffee
    1 Cup Milk
    2 Eggs
    1 Tsp. Vanilla


    Recipe

    Sift all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add oil, coffee, and milk; mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla; beat for 2 more minutes.

    Pour batter into greased and floured pans (2- 9"; or 2- 8" plus 6 cupcakes). Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Frost with your favorite frosting.
    YIELD: 10 Servings
