    Peanut Butter Sheet Cake w/Peanut Butter Frosting

    CAKE:

    1 stick margarine

    ½ cup peanut butter

    1 cup water

    ½ cup salad oil

    Bring above ingredients to boil in large pan. Take off heat and add to a mixture of:

    2 cups all-purpose flour

    ½ cup milk

    2 cups sugar

    1 teaspoon soda

    ½ teaspoon vanilla

    2 eggs, slightly beaten

    Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 F. for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and ice with peanut butter frosting.

    PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING:

    1 stick margarine

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    ½ cup milk

    1 pound box confectioner's sugar

    ½ cup peanut butter

    Cook margarine, milk, and peanut butter over medium heat until mixture comes to boil. Take off fire and add vanilla and confectioner's sugar. Beat until cool, spread on cake.
