    1 cup chopped pecans
    3 sticks (1 1/2 cups) Land of Lakes butter
    8 oz cream cheese
    3 cups sugar
    6 large egg yolks
    3 cups cake flour
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp almond extract
    6 eggs whites beaten

    Recipe



    Spread chopped pecans in the bottom of a buttered bundt pan.
    Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Mix in egg yolks, vanilla and almond extract.
    Mix in flour until smooth.
    Fold in beaten egg whites 1/4 at a time.
    Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
