    Snickerdoodle Cake

    Pepper Byfield
    Butter/flour 2 9 inch pans preheat oven to 350

    Ingredients
    1 stick butter (melted)
    3 eggs
    1 white cake mix
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 c. milk

    Mix everything together. Blend at low speed for 1 minute and then for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 27-29 minutes.

    Frosting

    1 lb powdered sugar
    1 stick butter (softened)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon mix until soft and creamy.
    3-4 T. milk
