1 Large Pkg. Oreo Cookies
1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Large Carton Cool Whip
2 (3 1/2 oz.) Boxes Instant French Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 Cups Milk
1 Tsp. Vanilla



Recipe



Crush cookies and spread 1/2 of the crumbs in the bottom of a 9" x 13 " pan. Mix the cream cheese and margarine until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar. Fold in the Cool Whip. In a separate bowl, mix the pudding, milk and vanilla; then fold this into the cream cheese mixture. Pour combined filling mixture over cookie crumbs in pan; sprinkle rest of cookie crumbs over the top.
Serve frozen or chilled.
