    Pudding: Texas Pudding Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup softened butter
    1 cup pecans
    1(8oz) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 cup confectioner's sugar
    1 (16oz.) whip topping, divided
    1 (4oz.) box instant chocolate pudding mix
    1 2/3 cup milk
    pecans


    Recipe

    Mix flour, butter, and pecans by hand. Spread in pan.

    Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Cool. Cream the cream cheese. Add confectioner's sugar and mix well.

    Mix 8 oz. whipped topping with cream cheese mixture. Evenly spread 1/2 of mixture on baked crust.

    Mix pudding and milk. Spread over cheese layer. Spread remaining cheese mixture on top of pudding.

    Top with remaining whip cream. Garnish with pecans.
