    Bundt: Tunnel of Fudge Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups butter, softened
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 (16-ounce) container ready-made fudge frosting
    2 cups chopped walnuts
    Chocolate Glaze (recipe follows)

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C). Grease and flour a 9 or 10-inch bundt pan.

    Cream butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed. Add eggs one at a time. Gradually beat in sugar and continue creaming until light and fluffy.

    Stir in by hand, the flour, fudge frosting, and walnuts until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake for 60 to 65 minutes. Cool in pan for 2 hours before removing.

    Drizzle with Chocolate Glaze.

    Makes 12 servings.

    Chocolate Glaze:

    3 tablespoons cocoa
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    1 cup powdered sugar
    2 or 3 tablespoons hot water
    Combine all ingredients in bowl and beat by hand until smooth.
