    Upside-Down: Upside-Down Chocolate Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup coconut
    1 cup chopped pecans
    3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
    1 8-oz. cream cheese
    1 stick magarine or butter
    1 box German chocolate cake mix


    Recipe

    Mix coconut and pecans and put in a greased 9x13 pan. Mix cake by directions and pour on top of coconut and pecans. In a saucepan, melt margarine and cream cheese. Heat until mixture is warm enough to stir in confectioners sugar. Spoon over top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 45 minutes. Let cake cool completely before cutting.
