    Wanda's Pea Pickin' Cake

    List of Ingredients




    Cake:
    1 box cake mix (butter recipe)
    1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges (undrained)
    4 large eggs
    1/2 cup vegetable oil

    Frosting:
    1 large carton whip cream
    1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
    1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

    Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans. Mix cake mix and oil together, adding one egg at a time. Add can of oranges to the mixture. Mix about 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter evenly into floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Cool about 10 minutes in pan. Then remove and cool on racks. Cool completely before frosting.

    Frosting: Add the drained pineapple to the cool whip and mix. Then add vanilla pudding mix to the cool whip mixture
