Spirited: Wine Cake

List of Ingredients

1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (6-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sherry
1 teaspoon nutmeg



Recipe

Combine all the ingredients and beat well. Pour into a greased bundt pan.
Bake at 350*F (175*C) for 40-45 minutes.
Cool slightly then turn out onto a plate.

Glaze:

Powdered sugar
Lemon juice

Mix together to a desired consistency. When the cake is cooled completely you can drizzle with the glaze.
