Recipe Introduction


THe mini bites of chocolate,masrshmellos, nuts and cherries are irresistible and easy to make. I used to make them for Rita.





List of Ingredients



• 16 squares (16oz.) semisweet chocolate
  
• 21 large marshmellos, cut into halves
  
• 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  
• 8 red-candied cherries, cut into halves
  






Instructions



1. Line an 8"x8" baking pan with foil;grease the foil.
   
2. In the top of a douible boiler set over simmering water, melt chocolate, stirring occasionally.
   
3. Scatter marshmellos in bottom of prepared pan, then add nuts and cherries.
   
4. Pour the melted chocolate on top, spreading evenly.
   
5. Refridgerate until firm, one hour.
   
6. Cut into 1 inch squares.
