    These are also referred to as "Chubby Hubbies." WHATEVER-they're great!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup peanut butter*
    • 1/2 cup butter, softened (no substitutions)
    • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
    • 5 dozen miniature pretzel twists (about 3 cups)
    • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
    • 1 Tblsp. vegetable oil


    Instructions


    1. * Editor's Note: Reduced fat or generic brand peanut butter in not recommended for this recipe. (I use SKIPPY)
    2. In a mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Beat in confectioners' sugar until combined. Shape into 1" balls; press on on each pretzel twist.
    3. Place on waxed paper-lined baking shees. Refridgerate until peanut butter mixture is firm (about 1 hour). In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and with oil.
    4. Dip the peanut butter ball into the chocolate. Return to baking sheet, pretzel side down.
    5. Refridgerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
    6. Store in the refridgerator.
    7. YIELD: 5 Dozen
