1 lb. chocolate chips
24 large marshmallows
1 cup pecan halves
Recipe
Melt chocolate in the microwave or in the top of a double boiler set over simmering water, stirring often till chocolate is smooth and reaches 90 degrees as measured with a candy thermometer.
On a 15-inch length of wax paper, with a rubber spatula, smear a 4-by-9-inch area with some of the melted chocolate. o Roll 21 of the marshmallows in the melted chocolate in the pan and then arrange them on the smeared chocolate in 3 rows of 7.
Cut the remaining 3 marshmallows into fourths and stir them in about _ cup of the melted chocolate, then plug the pieces between the large marshmallow already set in the smeared chocolate on the wax paper.
Stir pecans into all of remaining chocolate and spread the mixture over top. Let the candy set in refrigerator.
To serve, break or cut it into pieces.
