    Recipe Introduction


    You'd never believe this until you actually tasted one of these...they taste just like a Mounds Bar!


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
    • 4 cups flaked coconut
    • 3/4 cup cold mashed potaoes (DO NOT ADD MILK OR BUTTER)
    • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 pound semisweet candy coating chocolate


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
    2. Line a 9"x9" square pan with foil. Butter the foil.
    3. Spread the coconut mixture into the pan. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.

    4. Cut into 2" rectangles. Cover and FREEZE.
    5. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
    6. Dip the frozen bars into coating chocolate and place on waxed paper to harden.
    7. Store in air tight container.
    8. YIELD: 2 Pounds
