Truffles: White Chocolate Truffles

List of Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream
2/3 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup butter
2 cups white mini chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups nuts- chopped fine
Recipe
Combine cream, sugar and butter in 2 quart saucepan over medium heat; bring to boil.
Once this is achieved, remove from heat and stir in chips until melted.
Then add vanilla and pour mixture into bowl, slowly stirring until cool.
Finally, add nuts and roll into 1/2 inch ball then chill overnight.
