12 c Finely chopped rhubarb
1 md Onion; chopped
2 c Sugar
1 c Cider vinegar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Ground cloves
1 ts Ground allspice
1/4 ts Paprika
1 ts Cinnamon
Recipe
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until
thickened, about 2 hours. Store in refrigerator.
