List of Ingredients
3 cups sliced raw potatoes
2 cups celery chopped
1 lb raw hamburger
3/4 cups sliced raw onions
3/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350
In a slightly buttered baking dish start to layer - First the potatoes, then celery and so on down the list.
Between each layer add some salt and pepper.
Bake for 3 hours at 350 F.
