Baked Pepper & Broccoli Frittatia

1 cup thinly sliced sweet onion
½ cup sliced red or green pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
6 eggs
1/3 cup half-and-half
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
1-1½ cup frozen broccoli cuts, cooked tender-crisp and drained
4 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Generously butter or spray 2-quart shallow casserole with nonstick vegetable oil.
In large skillet over medium-low heat, saute onions, peppers and garlic in margarine until tender. Cool slightly.
In large bowl, beat eggs, half-and-half and seasonings until mixed well. Stir in onion-pepper mixture and broccoli. Pour into casserole and sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake in preheated oven 15-20 minutes or until mixture is set (top will remain moist). Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
