1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1/3 cup water
2 cups cooked wide noodles
1 cup shredded cheese
Recipe
Brown beef and onion, stirring to seperate meat. Add seasonings. Combine in 1-1/2 quart casserole with soup, water and noodles. Place cheese around edge of casserole top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
