Cincinnati Chili in a Dish

List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can (16 oz.) each tomatoes, kidney beans, drained
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 - 2 dashes pepper
1-1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
few drops Tabasco® Sauce, to taste
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 oz. cooked angel hair pasta, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped onions
Recipe
Brown beef with 1 chopped onion; drain well. Place browned beef in large pan and add remaining ingredients except pasta, cheddar cheese and 1 cup chopped onions.
Simmer 45 - 60 minutes. Stir chili frequently. Adjust seasoning to taste. Place pasta in greased 9x13" baking dish. Top with chili.
Sprinkle cheese on top, top with chopped onions. Cover with foil and keep warm in 250ºF (125ºC) oven until served.
Makes 6-8 servings.
