    List of Ingredients




    2 Tbls. olive or vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, cut into one inch pieces
    1 medium red or green bell pepper, cut into one inch pieces
    1 package (10 oz.) PERDUE SHORT CUTS Original Roasted Carved Chicken Breast
    1 can (11 oz.) madarin oranges, drained, reserving 1/4 cup juice
    1 Tblsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger

    Recipe



    In a 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook onion and pepper, stirring occassionally, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Reduce heat to medium. Stir in chicken, reserved juice, brown sugar and ginger; cover and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
    Gently stir in oranges and serve, if desired, with hot cooked rice.

    Prep: 5 minutes Cook: 8 minutes
    YIELD: Serves 2
