2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroon soup
1 can bean sprouts, undrained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Salt
Pepper
4 T soy sauce
1 c Minute Rice
1 can chow mein noodles
Recipe
In skillet brown hamburger and drain. Add onion and celery and lightly brown.
Add soup, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, salt, pepper, soy sauce and rice.
Mix together and put in a casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Bake, uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
