Easy to make and very tastey!
List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium potatoe, chopped-grated
- 1 sm onion, diced
- salt and pepper
- 2 strips of bacon, fried and crumbled
- 2 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tblsp. cooking sherry
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm can slice mushrooms, drained
- paprika
Instructions
- Combine the first 6 ingredients together.
- Form into 18 patties. Brown in skillet on both sides.
- Remove to large casserole dish.
- Mix together the soup and sherry.
Pour over hamburger patties.
- Arrange mushrooms on top; sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 1 hour.
