    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 pound lean ground beef
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 cup sour cream
    cooked noodles

    Saute onion in butter, add hamburger and brown. Add rest except sour cream and noodles, simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat. Serve over noodles.
