Hearty Beef Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 1/2 cups uncooked noodles
1 pound ground beef
1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce with onion
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
Recipe
Cook noodles; drain well and set aside. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain well; mix in tomato sauce. Stir in flour; simmer 10 minutes.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, chopped green pepper and olives for filling. Place half the noodles in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish; cover with filling. Place remaining noodles over filling. Cover with meat mixture.
Bake, covered, at 350 for 30 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
