    Stir Fry Vegetables with Ground Beef and Pasta...possible "comfort food"!

    List of Ingredients




    1 Pkg frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
    OR 2 Cups Fresh Stir Fry Veggies.

    1 Cup Spaghetti broken into
    approximately 2-inch pieces.

    1 Pound very lean ground beef

    1 Can Reddi-Cut Tomatoes.
    OR 2 Fresh Tomatoes diced.

    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. italian seasoning mix
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    dash pepper
    Approximately 1/4 cup Burgandy Wine (optional)

    Recipe



    Prepare the Spaghetti according to package directions, rinse and set aside. At the same time, brown the ground beef in a large skillet, drain and set aside.

    In the same skillet used for the ground beef, prepare the Stir Fry Vegetables until cooked but still firm and crunchy. Add the tomatoes and seasonings, stir and allow to simmer for about 5 - 7 minutes.

    Add the pasta, ground beef, the Burgandy wine, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes

    Serve immediately!

    Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
    Serves: 4
