List of Ingredients
- 1- 101/2 oz. can condensed chicken rice soup
- 1-10/12 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tblsp. dehydrated onion soup mix
- 2 cups cooked chicken, 1" dice pieces
- 1-1 pound jar of small, whole white onions, drained
- 1 6 oz. can of chow mein noodles
- 1 lb. fresh musrooms
- 1/2 cup of cooking sherry
- grated cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Sautee' cleaned, fresh, sliced mushrooms in butter.
- heat soup to boiling point. Add chickn and mushrooms. Remove from heat. Add onions, onion mix and sherry.
- Pour noodles into a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Pour chicken mixture over the nnodles. Top with grated cheese.
- Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
