One Dish Chicken and Stuffing Bake

Easy to make and it takes curbs the urge to cook up a complete turkey dinner!
List of Ingredients
- 4 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
- 4 to 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- Paprika
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 Tblsp. chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix stuffing, 1 1/4 cups boiling water and 4 Tblsp. butter. (for lower fat stuffing, reduce butter to 1 Tblsp.)
- Spoon stuffing across center of 3-quart shallow baking dish. Place chicken on each side of the stuffing. Sprinkle paprika over the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix soup, milk and parsley. Pour over the chicken.
- Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
- YIELD: Serves 4--6
Final Comments
I've made this with fat free soup and 1% milk and it's fine.
