Vegetable cooking spray
1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar
cheese, divided
Recipe
Spray an 8-inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine refried beans, tomato sauce, chilies, cumin, chili powder and garlic powder. Place 1 tortilla in prepared cake pan. Spread 1/4 of bean mixture over tortilla. Repeat with second tortilla and bean mixture. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over bean mixture. Repeat with remaining tortillas and bean mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over top. Cover and refrigerate.
To serve, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes.
